Well with Follow me print the documents get sent to the hard drive on a designated copier or MFP and using your pin code you release it to print at whatever printer you choose on the network.

Do you or your staff have need to use their smart phones or tablets around the office. Download the free Utax or Kyocera app from the Appstore or google onto your device and once you are on the relevant network wifi you can print and scan away. (may require network permissions)

Locked/secure printing

We can assist you in setting up secure/locked print on your Utax or Kyocera devices so that when you send a job to print it will stay secure in the job box until you release it with your pin code. And with GDPR a very topical subject around the office this little exercise is totally compliant.
